Sunday Sledding

Sunday afternoon, Tim convinced the family to go sledding at Miami Riverview park. We had a GREAT time. The boys were so cute sledding together. Mom and Dad definitely had our chances to sled, too!

Choir Performance

This time, Jeremy did MUCH better performing in front of church. (That sounds impressive until you remember that he just made silly faces last time.) Zachary is not in the video, because he decided to quit choir. His reason? Because he "really liked it except for the singing."

YET ANOTHER SNOW DAY

So, we're home again for the day - Zachary, Jeremy, and I. This is apparently the last snow day before the district starts to add school days on to the end of the year. Crazy. Over the past week, we've had two.

A few weeks ago, Tim finished Zachary's bed. Zachary is sleeping in it now, and he has happily proclaimed it "just the same as my old bed!" Geez! We still need to make or buy some bins for the cubbies underneath.

Last weekend was nice and warm. The kids had a chance to play outside - with no coats, even! I got about 105 pictures of them making silly faces (see below) and ONE of the two of them smiling together.

Weekend

We had a quiet weekend around the Case House. Lots of games and fun. Jeremy had the best hiding spot ever in a game of hide and seek. I'm now calling him Jeremy in the Box. It was nice enough out on Saturday to play and work outside. We did some cleanup in the woods. Pulling out wild roses (not very pretty weeds that are extremely invasive) is SO satisfying. Maybe it's just me. BIG THANKS to Rachel, Lauren, and Uncle Mike for hanging out with the boys for the afternoon on Sunday.

Open House

Zachary and Jeremy both had open house at LECC last night. We had a great time seeing their rooms and showing Dad the library, music room, and computer lab. The weather has been icey here in Ohio, so although we were disappointed that Grandma and Grandpa Case couldn't make it, it turned out to be a good idea that they didn't brave the roads.
