We left the cabin at 7:45 AM. We had to stop at the dump, then in Virginia. We had promised the kids McDonald's "pancake sandwiches" for breakfast. They LOVED them. We found Old Country Cheese in the middle of an Amish enclave near Cashton, Wisconsin. They process up to 180,ooo pounds of milk a day, making something 4000 pounds of cheese. YUMMY cheese curds were consumed by all. The boys even saw their first Amish buggy go by.
Once we were settled into the hotel, it was SWIMMING time. Jeremy is now jumping into 4 feet of water and swimming across the pool by himself. Amazing! It was Culvers for dinner, and I'm heading for bed SOON!
