Despite the gazillion attendees of the girls softball "World Series" or somesuch, the last night at a hotel was FUN. We swam this morning, then packed up. We couldn't resist stopping at Fair Oaks Farm on our way past (near Lafayetter). SO GLAD we did. Despite my initial distress at seeing a soon-to-be mamma cow ON A STAGE ready to give birth (like feet already out ready), I was totally wowed to see that little calf born. Really fun and educational trip.
Back on the road at 4:30 PM and home by 8:30 PM. Ready for bed.
